4.1 Nature of the AI-assisted service. Some services provided by Interim Manager Consulting, S.L. use artificial intelligence systems as a professional support tool.
4.2 Algorithmic transparency. In compliance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), we inform users whenever they interact with an AI system.
4.3 Human oversight. Every output generated with AI assistance is reviewed, validated and, where appropriate, modified by a professional before delivery.
4.4 System limitations. The client acknowledges that AI systems may produce inaccurate results, and that human review is precisely the safeguard against this.
4.5 Technology providers. EstratégicaMente operates a vendor-agnostic artificial intelligence architecture and does not depend on a single language model provider.
4.6 Complaints. If the client believes any result or action by EstratégicaMente is related to the use of AI, they may submit a complaint and will receive a human review.
