Grant management software for public administrations

« Publish the call. Manage the files. Justify with transparency »

The platform for your administration to design, receive, assess and publish grants without Word, without Excel and without a case taking weeks.

Grantify© is the B2G platform with which administrations and funding bodies design, receive, assess and publish calls entirely online.

The problem we solve.

An administration launches grants with the best intentions and the worst stack: regulatory bases drafted in Word, applications received through a generic e-office and assessment in spreadsheets.

Grantify is the answer: software designed solely for the public grant cycle, not a recycled commercial CRM. It is built to comply with the General Subsidies Act from day one.

The four layers.

01 · Designing the call

You draft the regulatory bases in a guided editor, with templates already validated for each type of call. Once approved, the call goes live on its own.

02 · Receiving applications

Citizens apply from a simple portal, identify themselves with cl@ve and sign without paperwork. The platform reads the documents for you and checks requirements automatically.

03 · Assessment

The engine applies the criteria in your bases and returns a score — Score Grantify — across five dimensions: viability, regulatory fit, execution capacity, impact and sustainability.

04 · Publication and transparency

Every award publishes itself in the relevant official gazette and syncs with the national system. A public dashboard shows in real time where the money goes.

How it differs from a commercial SaaS.

Some commercial platforms promise to «digitalise grants» from a recycled B2B CRM. Grantify is not that. It was designed from day one for the public procedure.

  • High-level security. Grantify is certified at the most demanding level of the National Security Framework — one that almost no commercial platform can meet.
  • Real administrative documents. Not a PDF you upload and download: electronic files with signature, seal and time-stamping, preserved as the law requires.
  • The procedure, implemented rather than simulated. Electronic registry, notifications in the e-office, deadlines in working days, a single case file.

Who it is for.

  • Provincial councils, town halls and joint authorities that manage their own grant lines and want to comply with the law without building an IT team.
  • Regional departments and bodies handling hundreds of cases a year that need to measure how much support actually reaches its target.
  • Chambers of commerce, professional associations and public bodies that channel European funds.
  • Administrations that must be ready for the European AI Regulation — general application on 2 August 2026; Annex III high risk deferred to December 2027.

Implementation model.

Four phases with a fixed duration. Every milestone is a verifiable deliverable, not a PowerPoint. The model covers everything from the first meeting to the first live case.

Phase 1 · Diagnosis (2 weeks)

We review how you manage grants today — volume, teams, systems — and where the real bottlenecks are. You leave with a configuration proposal.

Phase 2 · Setup and integration (4-8 weeks)

We build the four layers, connect the platform to your e-office and to the tax and social security authorities, and adapt the templates for your bases.

Phase 3 · First pilot call (1 cycle)

We launch your first real call on the platform, supporting you through the whole cycle. We train the assessment team and switch on the transparency dashboard.

Phase 4 · Ongoing operation

We keep the platform up to date with every regulatory change, with committed response times, annual security audits and reporting.
