Sin alfabetización, reskilling y gobernanza, la IA no es una ventaja: es un riesgo

Without literacy, reskilling and governance, AI is not an advantage: it is a risk

Llevamos más de dos años defendiéndolo, antes de que existiera el Reglamento que ahora nos da la razón. La inteligencia artificial no fracasa por la tecnología: fracasa cuando entra en una organización que no sabe usarla, no ha rediseñado sus procesos para acogerla y no tiene manera de decidir quién responde de lo que produce. En ese escenario no ahorra trabajo: multiplica el error, lo hace más rápido y lo reparte mejor.

We have been arguing this for more than two years, before the Regulation that now proves us right existed. Artificial intelligence does not fail because of the technology: it fails when it enters an organisation that does not know how to use it, has not redesigned its processes to receive it and has no way of deciding who answers for what it produces. In that scenario it saves no work: it multiplies the error, makes it faster and spreads it further.

• Alfabetización.Literacy. Que las personas sepan qué hace la herramienta, dónde falla y cuándo desconfiar. No es enseñar a escribir instrucciones: es enseñar a no creerse la respuesta. Es lo que exige el artículo 4 desde febrero de 2025. That people know what the tool does, where it fails and when to distrust it. It is not teaching prompt writing: it is teaching people not to believe the answer. It is what Article 4 has required since February 2025.
• Reskilling.Reskilling. Que los puestos se rediseñen alrededor de lo que la persona aporta cuando la máquina hace el resto. Sin esto, la IA no libera tiempo: genera desconcierto y resistencia. That roles are redesigned around what the person contributes once the machine does the rest. Without this, AI frees no time: it creates confusion and resistance.
• Gobernanza.Governance. Inventario, clasificación de riesgo, supervisión humana con capacidad real de intervenir y rastro de lo que se decidió y por qué. Sin esto no hay nada que enseñar cuando alguien pregunte. Inventory, risk classification, human oversight with a real ability to intervene, and a record of what was decided and why. Without this there is nothing to show when someone asks.

Lo aplicamos en casa antes que en ningún cliente: por eso desarrollamos suites de IA más rápido, sabemos antes de presentar una subvención si tiene probabilidad real de éxito, tenemos la red de consultores formada con registro acreditable y cometemos menos errores, porque la verificación está separada de la redacción.

A law firm tells you whether you comply. We train your team, redesign how you work and then certify it. Those are three different things and almost nobody does all three. We applied it at home before any client: that is why we build AI suites faster, know before applying whether a grant has a real chance, have our consultant network trained with an auditable record, and make fewer mistakes, because verification is separated from drafting.
